Location was great for our needs. Was within walking distance to our venue so we were able to both enjoy having a drink without worrying about having to drive. Liked the fact that our family were able to come back to the IBIS after the function for drinks at the bar. Most enjoyable. Excellent service at front desk on both check in and check out. Excellent accomodation and presentation of the room. Friendly staff.

I found the bed one of the most comfortable in a hotel room I've experienced. The staff were friendly and polite. Well located to access Asian restaurants nearby. secure parking and secure access. I was surprised at the lack of extras i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower cap etc. All we had was 1 small shampoo & conditioner which for 2 of us wasn't really enough. Also didn't like having to pay extra for parking. No negative comments . No functioning air-conditioning. The shower cupboard was too small and the tap was in the wrong location. The fixed shower head was a complete pain as well. No overall lighting to see what you were doing when checking contents of bags etc. Walking in a dark hallway until the sensors are triggered. Small containers of milk and noisy fridge. Room was quite small. A little pricey. could have done with a lounge chair. Room little small. There is no closed wardrobe to hang shirts and vests for a longer stay. Why do motels never provide enough milk??. 1-internet not free. 2-better to use cash not credit card. The manager on duty - Angela Nel - was quite rude. It was also a surprise when I was told that there was a $10 car park fee, when the booking details on the web site lead you to believe that parking is included. The bed was exceptionally hard. The airconditioning was noisy and woke us up whenever it switched on/off. small room, burn marks on sheets made it feel dirty.
