  This cottage was spacious, clean and so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage & it was a great base to go sightseeing or just to head to the beach or into Geraldton. The booklet with tourist information on what you could do in the area was fantastic & helped us to plan our trip & where to go for dinner etc.. Thoroughly... what people say » recommend a breakaway to this cottage - it did us all the world of good! - The guest house was located close to Marine Terrace and a number of restaurants. Jackie enabled us to gain access to the room prior to the normal check in time as we had driven from Perth to attend a family funeral. The guest house was lovely with its polished floor boards and decor. Although there was no reception access to the room was simple. Great value for money!!

  I booked a studio unit and was really impressed. My studio was very spacious, with a combined lounge/dining/kitchen area with a large bedroom and huge bathroom. It is the only room with a bath in this 5 bedroom short stay serviced accommodation. Our room had black and white modern Africa decor wi - I was impressed by the decor, the cleanliness and the quality of the fit-out.While the room was not particularly large the abilty to access a lounge area and a 'gazebo-type' large room more than compensated for this and would be appreciated by most guests. The cleanliness and quality of the fittings is equal to the best I have seen in hotels/motels in Australia. I have recommended the establishment to all my family and some friends already.

We liked getting two complimentary large bottles of water per day for two couples as Geraldton water tastes pretty awful.   The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge. The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific. The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater.
