Nireeda Apartments are located in the heart of Geelong, a 20-minute drive from Adventure Park. Bollard Walk and a number of shopping centres are 3 minutes’ walk away.
All apartments are air conditioned and have en suite bathrooms. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. Some also feature a flat-screen TV.

I have been there a few times and always love it, I just love the fact that there are not much paper work, involved when you checked in, there's a sense of freedom compared to other places where you feel like bring constantly watched. The apartments suits me well for budget and for the purpose of my visit .
Have stayed here on previous trips to Geelong, centrally located, clean, comfortable, affordable accomadation. Parking available across the road and affordable too.all reviews
Good area of Geelong. Restaurants and takeaways close by. I like the conversion feel of the split level apartment. Great value for money.

It was a great apartment that we were given. Plenty of room for a young
family! It is really close to Westfield Geelong and only a few minutes
from the waterfront.

Might be a bit noisy on weekends. We stayed mid week and noise from pub and complex across the car park was noticeable. Only a problem really for small children perhaps.

We didn't see any staff members and we were there from 9pm Sunday til 9am Monday morning.

Street area was really noisy cars, people during the night not much sleep.
Poor quality towels.
apartments need to be aired better, said no smoking but we could smell smoke in pillows etc.

The steps.
It's not particularly new and there was a lot of equipment missing
from the kitchen so it was very difficult to cook/wash up. However,
if you're not planning on cooking, then it is fine.
Loud bands in next building played late on Sat night.
Very poor blinds that let in heaps of light at dawn...so much for a sleep in on our holiday! If they were just cut properly to size, this would not be an issue.
For these reasons I would not return.
Reception staff was surly and unhelpful. She failed to advise us that we did not need to pay $10 per car for parking in the parking lot way down the street as street parking would have sufficed with one coin in the larking meter at 9am for the 10am check out.
There was no lift and the building was quite old and dated.

Surly service, filthy lounge in apartment - badly stained. Carpets dirty, wastepaper baskets in bathroom not emptied from previous occupants. Shabby & unclean!.

Too many stairs up to the apartments.
The bedrooms were dusty and needed vacuuming. No window in bedrooms. The shower head kept slipping down whilst trying to shower. Disappointed for $260 for one night.
