The gardens, shared balcony, private deck, walkways and overal layout were fantastic for a "Bed and Breakfast" setup. You felt like you were in one of the luxury mountain escapes for a fraction of the price. Excellent hospitality all round. They go to a lot of effort to make you feel welcome, happy to suggest key locations and dining experiences around Eagle Heights and Mt. Tamborine. Full of local knowlege. Comfortable rooms, friendly and well-informed hosts, excellent breakfast, spectacular views, numerous native birds and relaxed atmosphere. A cosy fire in the attractive living room was available for our use to meet and relax in the evening. Lovely mountain walks available in the vicinity of the accommodation.

The property is owned by a lovely couple. The view of the Gold Coast was stunning. Located very close to town so everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
Tony and Pam are wonderful hosts, very helpful and obliging. The brekkie with the birds whilst overlooking the hinterland out to the coast was just perfect.

The only downer was the poor quality of the king sized mattress. Both my partner and I had neck and back issues as a result of sleeping on it for several days.
