  On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with. Thank you for a great stay... what people say » see you again in 3 months. - Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast. The glass water basin was a real surprise - very creative. - I could arrive quite late and had only just booked, and they had the reservation on their system. Very comfy and spacious room
