friendly and helpful staff. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the best we have had so far in Australia. The hotel was well situated for the City and had a great atmosphere.the location was ok (if traveling by car), the staff was really kind and helpful, the pool was really nice. Basically everything was almost perfect. Very clean and tidy room.
