Ideally situated for the beach, the pier and the town. Easy walking distance to all. Car parking right outside. A comfortable and homely atmosphere run by nice people. Breakfast was more than adequate for a continental style. The TV lounge was fine and there were cooking facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and a bar b q area in the garden. The shower was powerful and hot. The house was in a good location, close to the beach, and a short walk to the main street of Busselton. The grounds were well kept and allowed for outdoor living with BBQ facilities and small tables and also undercover protection. Great place, Breakfast was continental and very filling. All rooms were air conditioned, heat/cool, plus electric blankets.

Jacaranda is located in a splendid garden setting and is very central to the beautiful sights of Busselton and it`s surrounding areas. Bussellton area Fantastic. Location. The step from the bedroom to the bathroom caught me out a few times but no harm was suffered. nothing. The hard pillows. Need a small tv in the room. We were in a small room, would book a different one next time. Although the room was quite small we would have at least expected a table + chairs; also the unit was for us "oldies" too far from where we had to park our car. As we celebrated our 59th wedding anniversary, we could have done well with some more comfort !. Our accommodation was over priced and outdated. The locals living there have the advantage of the area and know that they will get lots of tourists. If they want to charge more than Hotel rates then they need to get up to speed. Stuff, breakfast.
