as an ex travel agent, I was impressed with the level of the staff. They were very courteous and helpful. Too much these days the staff are under pressure to get you checked in and away from the front desk, but we found the staff to be very good ambassadors for your property. We have stayed a number of times here in a couple of different room types and will go back again. The rooms are clean and fresh with plenty of space. The staff are very friendy. We have never had a problem :) The rates are also great!.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, it was quiet and very convenient. Not flashy, but well appointed and comfortable. Good off- street parking (we were towing a boat!). Only stayed one night, but will be staying for a couple of nights in a couple of 2 bedroom units in Jan-Feb. Very close to the wedding reception, not far from the town. Free cable channels well equipped kitchen ( we cooked all our meals) comfortable beds clean rooms great pool and BBQ area spa was amazing! quiet surroundings. Comfortable quiet apartment rooms - plenty of space to spread out and work. Great kitchen facilities and equipment. we were cremating my father and only stayed for the one night. We were very tired when we got in and we slept well. Very modern and clean spacious room. Spa bath and clean useful cooking facilities. Friendly atmosphere. It's central to the city easy to get to very helpful staff, have stayed many times ,will stay again. I loved the blue towels bed was comfortable lovely hot water and it was very quiet. Very clean and had a microwave as well as a toaster, kettle and plates and cutlery. Cleanliness - comfortable bed - microwave was handy. Pool. Bit dated but adequate. The staff were very friendly and only 10 minutes to walk to the pub for dinner. The rooms were very well presented and comfortable. The spa was a added bonus!. The beds were comfortable and the toilet was separate from the bathroom part. I would have to say just the amount of sugar and milk in the room.im a big coffee drinker and I ran out the first night. Had a problem with the spa... Althought the owner attended to it personally and was all over it in a moment, and was very gracious and helpful. So really there's nothing to dislike!. The transparent covering on the area between the rooms, that leads to the pool, could be cleaned, it would let a lot more light in and look more inviting. That we needed to go home!!. There was/is no TV in the bedroom. N/A. getting in and out of the motel. No hairdryer. Staff knocked on door at 8.30am (bit early) to change linen etc. Nothing. none. The table was hard to move and with only 1 chair I had to sit on the bed to work at it and watch TV. not a thing. Not having an option of a later book out e.g. 12pm. All good. Some one in a unit next to ours parked in our units parking space. The creaking floor boards when you got up during the night. every thing was fine. Parking space too cluttered. A bit old, creaky floor boards. Insufficient general power points for personal items (portable fridge, computer, mobile phone etc). nothing. Basic facilities. the price of breakfast not much choice. exhaust brought in smokers smoke from area between units. Pillows were not comfortable and we had 3 spiders in our room within hours of arriving, one was very large in the bed. Signs that said lock doors securely. It scared me to think that the place might be in a dangerous area. It didn't appear to be once I got settled. No problems with this accommodation : good value budget accommodation. the lounge was to small to fit 4 people and very uncomfortable. Our booking had not been forwarded to the motel, we had no booking when we arrived. Shower located in the Spa. You had to step in the spar to have a shower. Noise outside. The room was located on a main road. No oven only a microwave. The noisy fridge-being woken by cleaning staff at 7:25 when I had requested a 11:30 checkout - the tv remote didn't work even after reception changed the batteries - noisy staff in the passage between the 2 rows of units from 7am - bathroom area reminded me of 1950s public toilets in England - cupboard doors didn't close - door frame between the shower and toilet had rotted away up to 3cm high. room we stayed in was pretty old. Out of our 5 day stay, our room was not serviced on two of those days. On both days we had a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door until just before midday, but I would have thought the staff would have checked in the afternoon. bathroom needs attention. The water wasnt hot enef in the spa bath aircon didnt heat the room could do with warmer blakits. I didn't like the fact that I booked a four star motel only to discover that only part of the complex was four star & the room I got was only three star. I have spoken to letsbookhotel.com & they were not aware of this either. The managers should inform letsbookhotel.com of this fact, I would not have booked it had I known.
