  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see ! The staff are my first meeting point of your hotel and I feel that is important to feel comfor... what people say » table and they made me feel at ease , it's a great hotel and I love the fact you have wifi and don't charge extra like most places do , it's a great l - location,the service is brilliant,so up beat and friendly,always helpful,rooms r so clean,comfortable,we always feel relaxed when we stay here,being next to the botanical gardens,gives u that sense of being next to nature,even in the heart of the city,absolutely beautiful,I would definitely recommend this hotel, to stay.in fact,we will be booking again for next year same time,as we enter the marathon yearly all i can say is keep up the brilliant work u do there,to all the staff well done luv ur
