Place is close to the conference site and accessible shopping area. not far from the airport. Great staff, very pleasant and extending their way to help. Jim and Lorraine were very helpful and genuinely nice!

despite sharing the bathroom & toilet with 3 other rooms we found the accommodation adequate & very clean. There was no issues in sharing the bathroom. It was close & very clean.

Very friendly staff, always had a lovely smile. helpful.

All rooms were upstairs which was hard to get luggage up there without the help of staff. Stairs narrow and steep when carrying a suitcase.

We enjoyed our stay it was very easy to find close to transport the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Only stayed one night but I would stay again and recommend the motel to my friends.

The management are great people the room was small but everything was clean the food was very good we will stay again but will ask for a better bed & maybe a microwave.

The bed was in very poor condition & we both had bad backs when we left after a 3 night stay.

Friendliness and generosity of the owners Jim and Lorraine. Great friendly feel to motel. Consideration for the comfort and welfare of guests was outstanding. Jim drove me to hospital when Taxis did not respond to call. He also drove my son and I to Roma St Station with all our luggage on our departure which was greatly appreciated.

If staying there again, I would shop for groceries and cook meals. Evening meals offered a bit ordinary. The 2 - 3 kms walk up and down hills to restaurants and the city area made it difficult to obtain meals if no vehicle and unable to walk distances. However, good value for money otherwise.

The people, the staff and the atmosphere of Spring Hill Terraces was second to none. The hospitality of Jim and everyone else involved with running the business gives me many reasons to return. The service cannot be topped.

The crockery was a little dirty, very minor.

Car parking - first come first served - Got in late & no parks so had to park in street.

Upgraded to room with private bathroom, free carpark, carpark locked during night made me feel secure, table and chairs available in room

No lift, physical challenging to climb stairs to 2/F with heavy luggages, bathroom has sewage smell, window could not be keep open
