Location great for both central Brisbane (if you don't mind walking up one small hill) and for public transport. I didn't have to walk more than 5-7 mins to anything I needed. Supermarket, bottle shop just round the corner. Green oasis in centre of Brisbane. Sue in office was wonderfully helpful. We just moved to Brisbane and she helped me find all sorts of things we needed. The staff were excellent and most helpful. The appartment was very clean and in great condition. Very secure site. Supermarket was just a short distance from the appartment and the city and river within walking distance.

Used fan but very hot in bedroom some nights even with through breezes. That said, we would definitely stay there again. If you were older and with poor mobility it would not be the right place as there are no lifts. Stairs up from garage, stairs to front entry of complex, stairs up to and inside unit. There was nothing we did not like or felt could be improved. The shower was average. The shower, although clean, tended to blow hot and cold as others used the water. Shower-head would not hold at desired angle Bathroom light needs to be brighter for shaving. Floor coverings and furniture look tired. Bedrooms not air conditioned Trip hazards into both bathrooms. Not very homely - a little clinical but had everything you'd want. lack of maintenance, ie water feature leaking water onto pathway meaning it was always wet when walking up pathway. Iron had an electrical fault resulted in tripping the fuse box. [should have been known about] Toilet paper could be included for short term stays. weeds in the courtyard, bad t.v. reception. bottom apartment noisy from upstairs neighbours. The pool is very small. A little bit expensive. They decided to clean carpets and sofas while we were still in residence. Sofas were too wet to sit on in the evening and hardly got an apology!. I didnt like the fact that I payed... $8Oo....for the week an I had 2 buy my own toilet paper.tea,milk,etc.....i have stayed in a lot of plc in Bris...CHEAPER ..An they look after u wth cleanin your room daily an refills..I Never stay there again...!!!!!!!!!!..... Appartments very tired looking,needed an upgrade. Cleanliness. The staff The woman owner was rude unhelpful and arrogant.

As there are no elevators, this accommodation may not suit some guests such as families with young children. Apartments are serviced weekly. A starter pack of soaps, detergents, toilet paper, tea and coffee is supplied. Spring Hill Gardens Apartments does not have 24-hour reception. Reception hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 17.00; Saturday 08.30 - 12.00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.
