The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious and furnished decently. The location is very convenient to the city- 1km walk to SouthBank Parklands and 2km walk into the city.
Close proximity to all facilities. Didn't have to use car for travel, everything was within walking distance. A big plus, we would like to stop there next time we go to Brisbane.all reviews
The location was great, walking distance to Southbank where we need to
be. The apartment was well priced, we got a good sized 2 bedroom
apartment for $120 which was great value.
Good location. Bus stop on Main St which takes you to city and back. Apts clean and comfortable. We had a two bedroom apt. which was good for space.
I loved that we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Also the location was perfect great for the football at the GABBA and the bus service was excellent.
Hotel room was spacious, had good tv channels, good outdoor area and really cheap. Had an extra bed even though we didn't as for it.
Lived everything about our stay, including the location. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Front desk staff REALLY helpful in trying to fix what was busted (internet).
Nothing the location is noisy 24/7 X365 Will never return in my life.
My only complaint is that there is no heating in the apartments. We stayed June 17-18 (Winter season) and it was freezing cold at night! I literally slept in a full sweat-suit under all of the blankets we had available.
Aircon needed to be cleaned, blowing black soot on floor.
The complex is located on a busy road. We were located in the middle
of the complex so the traffic noise wasn't too bad. I would
definitely stay here again but would request a room at the back or
middle of the complex.
Traffic very noisy. Would have liked clean towels daily. We stayed 5 ngts and only had one set of towels. Also need some oven trays to put food on when using the oven.
The couch is not comfortable and having to walk up 4 flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase not ideal. Would of preferred lower level or lift.
The bathroom wasn't too pleasant in the 2 bedroom apartment, but the deluxe bedroom bathroom was really nice.
We found the couches uncomfortable.
There was no elevator - I had to lug my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs.

Internet totally non-functional. Spent literally hours troubleshooting. Staff excellent in rising to challenge but was still frustrating experience and enough to make me not go back.
Photos on web site were misleading, cracked sharp edge tile in floor,
mould in shower, 4 days and no clean towles or linen change,was woken by
staff walked into room , did not knock or announce themselves, , as was
to only change rubbish bag in kitchen,.
