All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost. At question 6, the location is great for easy access to all themes.

Very comfortable and spacious self catering accommodation. Very modern units. I liked the quality and the facilities provided in the 'studio' unit. I also liked the lift with the golf buggy to take my luggage down to the far end of the property. we arrived late at night, all info on keys and room etc was left outside in a packet with room details etc. this info was also sent by email prior to our flight over. As we were arriving late our key was waiting at reception so we didn't need to disturb anyone and the heater was on in our villa, much appreciated. We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and had better facilities than most apartments we have stayed in. The cabin was warm, clean and luxurious. Facilities were perfect for our purpose of visiting friends and sight seeing. Everything we wanted was within 20 minutes drive. Stayed in a cabin there for a music festival and it was perfect. Didnt get to use the pool but it looked great. Disappointed that the heating wasn't working, brrrr it was cold. Otherwise wonderful. Staff very pleasant. Very clean and user friendly cabin. Very close to city without the big price tag. Very clean, close to the city and shops - great public transport. The garden surroundings. The quietness of the other residents. Very nice and the people are very friendly. Highly recommend. That it was on a bus route, cheap and well worth the money!. Swimming pool, well equipped units, good price. We unloaded the taxi- all 7 x bags, then had to make several trips to our room in the middle of the night. Having to leave. The website advertised cots as being available but when I rang to confirm the booking I was informed that they did not provide them. This could have been quite inconvenient if I hadn't been able to borrow one from a friend. Nothing. Bed was a little hard for me personally. All satisfactory. Nothing. Flexibility on late checkout. The unexpected fee imposed on the use of a credit card. Nothing. I didn't like the couches! Too small, uncomfortable and really not family friendly (very hard to sit in and feed our baby) some larger/wider couches with durable fabric would be much better. What's there are 'nice to look at'. Everything was nice clean and new but I think it was overpriced for a caravan park, I would of preferred approx $330 for 3 nights not $500! But being grand prix weekend, left with littke accommodation choice :(. No spare crockery and cutlery. traffic noise from ajacent street. There was a few ants and a couple of spiders.. A tin of fly spray in each studio would of been great but that's all. Very dusty cabin.

By Car From Westgate Freeway - exit at Williamston Road. Turn right and travel 2.7km over Princess(Geelong Road) turn left into Sunshine Road. Travel 1.8km and then turn right into Ashley Street at traffic lights. We are 1.8km on left. Other Freeways by car - transfer onto Western Ring Road. Exit at Ballarat Road. Travel towards city 6.5km. Turn right into Ashley Street traffic lights. From Geelong - Turn left onto Western Ring Road. Travel 8km. Turn right onto Ballarat Road. Proceed as per instructions for "other Freeways". From Tasmanian Ferry terminal follow signs to Westgate Freeway and proceed as above.
