The villa was well appointed with eucalypts framing the views to the sea! An amazing dinner with wonderful service - shame we couldn't fit in dessert! Breakfast included in the tarrif -perfect ,with more on the menu if you want to pay extra for a full brekky I would highly recommend staying here ,no vehicle noise just the rain on the roof and birdsong!Peace!.

Whilst the rooms are now getting a bit old they are very clean and very comfortable. We were given an upgrade to KB Studio and the views were magnificent. We ate at Chriss's Restaurant and it was superb. A great stay all round. The food and view are always a highlight at Chris's. This was the first time we had stayed in a villa and we were delighted with our room, its view and facilities. It was perfect for us. The food was superb The staff was very friendly and helpful The very relaxing surroundings and the fantastic view on the ocean from the villa's bay window. Spectacular view! Comfortable and spacious. We also ate at his restaurant. Fabulous food and service, and again an amazing view. Location, location, location! What a view from the rooms. The restaurant was top-class and superb for dinner and breakfast. Fantastic views over Apollo Bay. Just walk out your door to go to Chris's Restaurant with fabulous views and good food. The environment is perfect, and the staff are so kind and helpful. It is a peaceful place to relax myself. I loved the "sea side" view outside the balcony and most of all, i loved the foods and accommodation!. The service the staff gave us when we dine with them even though it was late. Great location on the side of a hill overlooking trees down to the sea. Fantastic view, very good food on the beatiful Great Ocean Road!!. The external stairs from the King Studios to the restaurant were very steep and narrow. Would have been unpleasant if it had been raining at the time, but we were between showers. Nothing!!. Nothing. The room was only just clean (dead flies, cobwebs), but this is a really minor criticism that is easy to recitify. There were no guidelines how to use the heater and the dvd/cd/usb player. Apart from that, there were no heaters in each room. Good thing, there were electric blankets. We weren't able to use the wifi in the room. In the morning the shower ran out of hot water only had a 5 minute shower most of that was cold. There was only two of us. Dinner is incredibly pricey, and not really worth it. Nothing. Lack of signs on the main road. Very confusing at night to locate.Television reception was poor on most stations. restaurant dinner prices, highly overpriced. the pillows need to be changed. they were like sleeping on rocks. Not great value for money, price is for the view. Room quite small. Balcony is not private, can see into each others rooms with curtains open.
