I arrived in Albury driving from Sydney to Melbourne . I suddenly got very ill while I was in Albury .I asked for a room on the ground floor and I was inmediately granted my request. Furthermore I also asked for a late check out and I was also granted that . As my health condition did not improve I had to stay an extra night. The breakfast was served by the owners in my room with a big friendly smile . The room was impecable and the set up was quite roomy and convenient. I would not hesitate t.
all reviews » We found the rooms very comfortable and very spacious,which suited us as we stayed 5 nights and I had to work in the room as my husband was at a conference. The motel was reasonably close to the main street,which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast included was very convenient. Location - right near venue for family function. Off street parking Three beds in room - perfect for children who don't want to share a bed Breakfast - great idea and easy to supplement with toaster in room Charge back facilities for surrounding restaurants - one bill at end of weekend!. There were no complaints at all The staff and premises at Albury Townhouse Motel has nothing to be faultered This is not a common ocurrence so I am able to appreciatte it when it happens. It was a hot time of year, being February and the room was hot unless the aircon was on and we usually try not to use aircon too much to save the cost and environment,however, once it was on it was very cool and comfortable. So this is not a complaint,more a comment. Bathroom a little tired - but still very functional Traffic light / corner location - not a problem, just an observation. Nothing. Nada. Everything was good. Can't think of anything I would change or improve. Nothing. nothing. Cannot think of anything against. Out dated decor but this would not stop me staying there again excellent value for money. no shower cap in the bathroom. Nothing. Traffic noise was a bit of a problem. The noise. The windows should be double glazed. Taps in shower very hard to operate. Need reseating and washers. Breakfast not hot and not very good value for money. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No toilet spray provided.
