  Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the backpackers in receiving my online reservation, however the staff member rectified this by upgrading my stay to a larger room with an ensuite which I was grateful for.   The gentleman I dealt with upon arrival - (Con) was obliging, friendly & extremely helpful. He answered each of my questions & gave me the taxi phone number, location of the railway station, approx. cost of the taxi fare & was courteous in every way. He was never gruff or annoyed & I did make several trips down to reception to ask ... what people say » him things. Thank you so very much, staff and establishment for a good nights rest & refresh for the next mornings travel. - At the heart of city, only 2 minutes walk to the Bus Station and Central Market. 10 minutes walk to the Railway Station.   Great hostel with wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. The Wednesday night BBQ and killer pool competition was so much fun. I loved this hostel because of how nice and accommodating the overall atmosphere was. I would definitely recommend to other solo travelers, couples or groups. - The room was comfy the bed was excellent and room was quiet.... what people say » I was very happy with my stay.
