  The Location was probably the best of all the hotels in the palm beach area. In the center of everything easy walk to all the shopping and restuarants. The price was the best too. It's a 3 - 4 star hotel so don't expect 5 star luxury. But if you want 5 star you will pay double or more.   Great rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. One of the best hotels on the beach. We would definitely go back. We had one of the less expensive rooms because our view was of the Ritz Carlton. The reservation had a note about possible noise, but the new hotel is practically ready so there is no construction noise anymore. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The adult quiet area is a great place to relax and do absolutly nothing. The gym was nice.
