  Location was the best at Palm Beach - beach lounging chairs were good - plenty of them - system of reserving "palappas"/beach houses was a bit weird but perhaps necessary - a lot of caged birds - macaws and parrots - good for kids - fountain throwing water in the pool - great room service - The place is just serene and perfect for romance and fa... what people say » mily vacation.   Great rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. One of the best hotels on the beach. We would definitely go back. We had one of the less expensive rooms because our view was of the Ritz Carlton. The reservation had a note about possible noise, but the new hotel is practically ready so there is no construction noise anymore. If you're willing to give... what people say » up a view, the room is perfect. - The staff was very freindly and helpful. Excellent bars and restaurants with variety of choices. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The adult quiet area is a great place to relax and do absolutly nothing. The gym was nice.
