  This is a nice 5 star hotel on a quiet, beautiful street in Buenos Aires. The junior suite that I stayed in was large and comfortable. I enjoyed in particular a six course tasting menu, complete with wines, at the hotel restaurant, El Sud. - Atmosphere, location, kindness.

  Our studio apartment was huge. You would kill for a place like that in Manhattan. Big modern bathroom, complete with a bidet. A kitchen, with all the utensils and plates. A coffee maker, big television with a dvd player.   Staff were very kind and helpful. They organiced my tour to a Tango place. Obelisco Center Hotel is very well located. Close to all the interesting places to visit in Buenos Aires. My room was very quiet but, as I expected, The Obelisk coulden't be seen from it. The room, the bathroom and decoration were a bit old and oldfashioned. Steps from Florida Street, the Obelisk, Colon theatre, etc. The hotel is clean and comfortable but don't expect luxury of any kind. If you are from North America, you'll find things tend to be smaller in size (bed, bathtub, bedroom, etc.)
