  From the staff to the ambiance of the room when you walk in is superb! No detail is left untouched... They fist gave us a room with a bad view and they made everything possible to make us happy and moved us to a better room without charging us more for it. They make you feel very welcome. The hotel is spectacular! The whole staff is super nice and... what people say » they always greet you with a smile. We traveled with out 4 months old and a 3 year-old and he had a great time! The kids club is great! The kid's sta - Very beautiful hotel. Nice room, nice view, very spacious bathrooms, very modern, cleaned, very quite....perfect rooms.
