The manager also runs a tourism agency and can take care of whatever activities you would like to do in Mendoza. She is friendly and was very helpful throughout our six day stay.

Very central location.
Location, security. cleanliness, spaciousness and facility except WiFi were all great.
Spacious bedroom, comfortable living area and kitchen and bright rooms. Location to main areas is good, everything in walkable distance.
Apt has its own hot water heater which is fairly small, so showers can be a bit rushed.
The building doors are at a comercial gallery and after comercial hours you have to open a gallery door before reaching the building.
Soundproofing of room not great from above unit. No couch.
Poor relationship of the people encharged to the guests.
Nothing - although my first impression was that it might be a bit utilitarian, I was wrong; it was comfy, clean and central, and felt quite safe.
Only one double bed + 3 separate single beds each different height.
Free WiFi couldn't be connected at all. I don't know whether this was accidental but a really serious problem for me.
Bathroom lacked storage space and the shower was temperamental. Value for money.
