  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

It is a fantastic location to see the city from. Almost all the sights are within walking distance or use the metro/bus. It is also fantastic value for money.   The hotel was fabulous. Loved the interior decorating, the designer and architect really took some time to think about the esthetics as it gave it a sleek modern look. The staff were all very professional and helpful (thankyou Sergo - the overnight guy) he recommended a great tango show. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the hydro massage bathtub was amazing, specially after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious as well and they have variaty of choices to eat.
