  We LOVED this hotel. Its like an oasis of luxury at a good price. Room is spacious and comfortable, with heat in both the room and bathroom. Bathroom is large and spotless. Service is also great. Breakfast buffet is good. Location could not be better, 30secs to the main street of El Calafate. - It was great... location, rooms, amenities, cleanlin... what people say » ess and the staff.   I must say this hotel could not of been better as far as taking care of us. When we needed extra nights they worked hard to let us stay in our same room. The last night we had to move across the street and they let us walk over and still enjoy their fabulous breakfast!!! They made sure my husband had Gluten free as well. Checkin/checkout were very quick, bellman always around and helpful.The breakfast was very good by argentine standards. This property is obviously run by a profesional hotelier.   The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly better than we are used to in Argentina. There are nine rooms around a small central garden. The garden provides for an excellent location to read a book or enjoy the sun. The rooms are cosy and clean (not large). Good value for money.   A cosy place with the most amazing spa: Jaccuzzis, hot pool, steamroom, sauna, massage etc., all situated in a forest-like environment. Exellent breakfast. Gonna take my wife there, ALONE. - It was nice, we enjoyed our stay. Most of the time we went out for tours. Staff was very friendly.

  Very helpful staff and a warm and cozy place to stay! They had a large common area to meet & eat breakfast (which was included in the room rate).   Friendly, helpful staff ( especially Adolfo ) who made sure we had everything we wanted. He even called the tour operators and helped book our day trips. Rooms are spacious and clean . View from the room offers a magnificent landscape of Andes, snow covered peaks and a turquoise lake which is huge!
