A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!). Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel.
