This hotel is in an excellent location near to buenos aires ezeiza airport. Pool and spa are excellent. I was on standby at the airport so was necessary for me to stay in between flights. Hotel was excellent including room service. It is new the rooms are very comfortable and staff friendly. The free shuttle is regular and provides a good service to the airport. Lovely hotel!!! My husband and I truly needed a rest between flights and it was just the right hotel for us! It's extremely convenient, 5 minutes away from Ezeiza airport. We just wish we could have stayed more! Lovely experience.
all reviews » Only good hotel close to Ezeiza airport, fantastic for connections or overnight sleep, only 5 minutes from the airport. Rooms are fine, good bed, flat tv, nice bathroom. Great if you need to be near the airport but otherwise I wouldn't part with this much cash - v expensive for what it is. airport transfer is great but available time can be improved reception staff is always very friendly. Buenos aires close to the airport and this hotel was in a very convenient location close to it .the place is clean and comfortable and basically you've got all the services In the hotel .The rooms ate comfortable and spacious the staff gentle .they arranged a good taxi service the morning after ,really early ,that took me to the airport. The rooms are ok and breakfast too. After 11pm, no good room service, just kind of "bread and butter". cost. some of the staff were rude, others couldn't be more helpful. pressure of the shower is too weak room service availability time is too short. Nothing to do or available in the gotel area. The shuttle could be better with more opportunities of time table. The Spa facility was closed that night for a special event. No 24 hour transport to and from airport No 24 hour food service. The fact that someone tried quite hard to get into my room and that the reception desk weren't very concerned about it. I always lock my door but that night I put a chair against it as well. Not a comfortable time. Use of indoor pool and spa is not included in the price, it costs an extra 150 pesos. This is not clearly stated despite the hotel promoting it in their photo gallery. No vegetarian options at the restaurant No tea making facilities. Breakfast was okay, more variety would be better. The issue that changing money it was a problem and I had a to discuss with someone at the front desk to get some cash .I presume is more a policy from the country rather than a policy in this hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is not exactly good in relation with the Prices since dishes are too simple . - Parking lot for hotel guests is quite far away and in the middle of the sun. - Internet, TV and Phone were not working and nobody told us at check in. - Too much money for what it is.
