Perfect location along Puerto Madero, professional staff, lots of facilities for the business traveler, such as an excellent fitness room, spa, pool, bakery with excellent coffee, lounge etc. Spacious rooms, very good matresses, good shower and bathtub. If you plan to move in the city by subway, the nearest station is located about five or six blocks away. The breakfast is excellent but so expensive (29 USD per person). The WI-FI is not included in the room rate. Some of the amenities are not present in the room so it is necessary to call the staff to ask for it (hairdryer, ice, bathrobe, slippers). Nearly 2014 and still charging extra for Internet? Asked to change rooms after 4 days in the hotel! Service is on the slow side. Charged Room Wifi signal disconnected every 5 minutes (received refund) a/c in lobby extremely cold Disco next door didn't let me rest with high volume music the whole night until 7am (no refund on this one). Gyn was not working.
