  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.   Modern boutique hotel in neigborhood of Palermo Hollywood. Its abit further away from old Palermo (about a 15-20 min walk) where most boutique stores and restaurants are situated.   Everything. Very nice staff, excellent location for Palermo Viejo/Soho area. We used buses/subway, so also fairly convenient to get around the city on 140 bus and D subte at Plaza Italia. Given the chic design, very good breakfast(with hot options at no extra cost), we found this an excellent value.
