The beds and room were comfortable. The room was nice and large. It's a nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay and it was reasonably priced.   Marcelo was very helpful and helped us book tours and save money. Also suggested great restaurants. Internet was also very good. And enjoyed the simple breakfast. Very enjoyable stay.

Quick response to a problem in our room and then upgradea to a better suite when the problem could not be sorted immediately. - Friendly and helpful staff.
