  Amazing location, about two blocks from beach. Great place to stay with dogs. Small room but well thought out with large walk in closet which means you can stash your luggage out of the way. Cool double shower heads in slightly larger shower. I felt welcome and valued as a customer. The motel is located in a perfect spot within walking distance to a 2.5 seaside path, the boardwalk amusement park,and downtown restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a very nice place to stay.

  We were planning a last minute (anniversary) trip up north for a concert we were attending in Mountain View. Our choice to stay in Santa Cruz was because of the boardwalk and it would be a new place to explore for us.   We had a wanderful 3 days trip in this hotel. This hotel is just a short drive from Santa Cruz and about an 1 drive from San Francisco. The room was very clean and the bed was very confortable.   I love the location its the closest to the beach broadwalk. The room was very clean and quiet. It was a great deal. You can walk to the beach come back take a shower and come back to the broadwalk.   The hotel is in walking distance from the beach and boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz. The double king room where we stayed was very roomy and clean. Actually, the room was like a suite of two rooms (with one bed in each room) sharing a single bath. The staff was friendly.
