  Staff were very helpful, also the room was very nice as was the view from the 16th floor terace - I am a native New Yorker, therfore it was convenient for where I needed to be.

  The desk staff was helpful and cheerful. We ended up with a private bath as well, which was really nice. The room was small and there wasn't anything fancy, but it was perfect for what we needed (a bed to sleep on and a place to shower in the morning). The building has seen a lot of wear but the room, linen and bathrooms were absolutely clean. The mattress was comfortably firm. The room was quiet. Temperature was comfortable. Window allowed natural light. Staff was friendly. Exceptional location.
