  We loved the view, the size, the stove and refrigerator, and location to Central Park West. I will stay here again! We were accommodated hospitably as a family, as I only made this reservation last week. We were only here for the Macy's Parade. We also appreciated the location of the hotel from the MTA subway. Terrific location near to the Lincoln Centre and Metropolitan Art Gallery. Great variety of reasonably priced restaurants nearby including fine dining at the Nice Matin in the hotel itself to first rate sandwiches at the Amsterdam Deli across the street. E

  Beautiful hotel; I love the dark wood and elegant light fixtures. The room was spacious and attractive with a great view. The bed was so comfortable - I haven't slept so well in a long time. We also enjoyed the beautiful lounge and the gym. - For an affordable NYC hotel, this one is the best value for money I have found.   Staff were very helpful, also the room was very nice as was the view from the 16th floor terace - I am a native New Yorker, therfore it was convenient for where I needed to be.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless. The - We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby.   It was basically okay. The stuff were friendly. - Located close to subway, in a nice neighborhood, oppertunity of storing labtops, passports and keys at the informationdesk. Some of the staff was very helpfull. The place is alright to stay at, if the only time you spend the room, is when sleeping.
