  The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

  This is a "Classic" hotel that is part of the Waldorf Astoria. Separate entrance, separate doorman, concierge, etc. Feels like "Old New York". Rooms have 15 ft ceilings and wonderful architecture.   EVERYTHING! Best hotel I have stayed in for a long, long time. Everything was very clean. The room we had was perfect for our family with a small kitchenette...nice and roomy. Staff was absolutely fantastic, especially the Front Desk Manager Tang! The concierge David was fun and VERY informative!
