  The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

  This is a "Classic" hotel that is part of the Waldorf Astoria. Separate entrance, separate doorman, concierge, etc. Feels like "Old New York". Rooms have 15 ft ceilings and wonderful architecture. We had two rooms and our daughter's room was modern, phenomenal bath all in marble. great, personal, service. Will definitely stay again. - Every... hva folk sier » thing.
