Overlooking the Niagara River, this historic inn is located just 5 minutes’ walk from the American Falls. Facilities include an on-site restaurant and uniquely decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Cable TV and a Bose stereo system are featured in every room at the Red Coach Inn. They also have plush bathrobes and a coffee machine. Select suites have a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The Niagara Falls Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner by the fireplace or on the seasonal outdoor patio. The restaurant boasts a mahogany wine and cocktail bar. A cheese and cracker tray and champagne are provided on arrival. Guests at the Niagara Falls Red Coach Inn can enjoy room service. Meeting and banquet facilities are also available. The Canadian border is 10 minutes’ walk from the inn. The Maid of the Mist boat tours are 2 miles away.

I am a full-time traveller who flies at least 4 times per month, many of which are international trips. I have stayed in hotels all around the world in varying price ranges. I stayed in the Canterbury room facing the raging Niagra River as it races by towards the Falls...this is a simply spectacular and impressive view. I never had a room like this before. Back to the room...huge!! The room was a blast to the past with warm and cozy Victorian furnishings, antique furniture... Elizabethan sofas.
όλα τα σχόλια » How close the Inn was to the Rapids and how we were able to walk around the usa side of the Falls and the Park. Everyone we met were helpful and friendly. The Coventry room was beautiful and so comfortably. Thanks to the Inn for upgrading us with no problem. Making reservations on the internet does not always show exactly what you are looking for. The Staff, especially Jeffrey who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and so helpful. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room. H. Historic inn with spacious accommodations. Excellent personable staff. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight of the trip. We ate there six times, and each time the food was excellent. It does take a while to get your food, but you can enjoy the view of Niagara River while you wait. A short walking distance to Goat Island and the American Falls made this location a choice site. You can relax in the spa tub after a long day of sight-seeing. Loved the location! Directly across from the Falls! Walking distance of everything! Extra 'surprise' in mini-frig made our 1st Wedding Anniversary even more special! Roomy bathroom, plush bathrobes, mini frig, large coffee maker, Quaint room (we had the Liverpool) all rooms are different. Excellent food. Excellent staff (was nice enough to show us an available river view room, but was only available for one night). I give it 4 1/2 ****s. It was nice to have an excellent resteraunt within the facility. Prices were reasonable and portions were very large. All our visits were wonderful experiences. Location to the falls couldn't be any closer as we sat on the patio for breakfast and watched and listened to the falls roar past. It is also nice that our suite enterance is seperate from the lobby so with your own key you come and go as you would at home. Everything except the taxi service which failed to turn up on the morning of our departure which caused us to miss our train with consequential, negative flow on effects (which wasn't the hotel's fault unless they've had problems with this provider before & continue to use them). excellent staff who met on arrival Luxury rooms very clean and comfortable. The concierge staff appeared well trained and friendly. I would like to say thank you to MR. We enjoyed the vintage/pub style atmosphere with the amazing wooden doors and beams plus the antique furniture in the rooms....also the complimentary cheese/champage on arrival plus a wonderful breakfast was included!. The room we had was facing the rapids going to Niagara Falls. We slept both nights with the window open and shound of the rapids. The room was clean and spacious. The Inn is walking distance to everything on the American side. Would highly recommend. Love the ambiance. Much nicer than a big-box hotel. Real old-style charm but with very modern bathrooms. Staff was very accomodating. Breakfast, (anything off the menu) which was included made it a terrific value. Staff was amazing! Restraunt was superb best Martinis I have ever had!!. View from our suite was breathtaking! It is worth every penny...trust me, no comparison with the other hotels in area. Can't wait to return. The excellent restaurant in the hotel and their staff. The view from the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and the wine and cheese platter are a nice touch. Free parking behind the hotel. Jeffrey was so helpful at the desk and very friendly, the rooms were newly renovated and the bathroom had a big whirlpool tub. Location was close to falls. I would highly recommend this inn. Simply: beautiful romantic accommodation in "old English style", very quiet, clean. Walking distance to Falls and restaurants. One of the best accommodation I ever been. .staff were very friendly and professional. location was excellent and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. meals were very well prepared. The first floor handicap room with the handrails and therapy jet tub greatly improved the quality of our visit My spouse has mobility difficulties. Very nice and beautiful suite. It was spacious and uniquely decorated. It was convenient to all attractions. It also has a terrific restaurant. That we could walk to the falls. Beautiful riverside location. I only had one night to stay here :(. The restaurant could us a little tlc. The floors under that tables need to be vaccumed on a daily basis. Behind our bed also needs a good cleaning but we understand from the Manager that they are in the process of heavy cleaning in all of the rooms. I do realize the hotel is trying to be authentic, but small repairs should be done routinely to keep the apartment fresh looking. The decor could use some updating. Towel racks are needed in the bathroom, and each closet should have more than tow or three coat hangers. These few negatives would not deter me from staying there again. Overall I would rate our experience as 4.5 out of 5 stars. Did not like the fact our room faced a concrete building. I had requested a view of the river. You have to call the motel directly for a river view room and it is $$$ more. Did not like the fact of no elevator. Not good for older couple. Nothing- the hotel was a delite to stay at - the service was excellent & the room(s) we stayed in were delightful. It exceeded our expectations. Nothing to say bad. Our room was off the parking lot...a little more desirable location would have been nice for the price. The restaurant was fair. The service was good, but the dinners seemed overpriced for what we got. We tried a filet the first night, but had meat loaf the second night. Would recommend sticking to the meat loaf. We stayed two nights. The first night in the London room where the bed was awful. I have arthritis in both hips and could not find a comfortable position. The pillowtop was no more, it was like sleeping on the ground. We were moved the following morning and were much happier. The staff promised to report the situation to the manager. The manager on duty was unfriendly and rather snooty. He did not make us feel welcome, instead he made us feel as if he was doing us a favour by showing us to our room. Nothing not to like. Absolutely nothing. garbage truck emptying dumpster at 4 am. There were some inconsistencies with the morning wait staff... Perhaps they were having a bad day... Perhaps writing down orders instead of relying on memory would improve the situation. This may sound silly, but when you have trouble moving reaching behind you for toilet paper is challenging. I suggest you move the toilet paper to the right of the toilet, slightly in front. (Finedon room). only available public restroom upstairs. Nothing. The toilet in our room when you flush quite loud. When we were having our dinner in the evening we were rushed, our food came too quickly, still having our salads. The food was great. There wasn't anything we didn't like. 1. Insect were in the tub, and the sink. Though fragile, my daughter was afraid to fake her shower. 2. The odor of the rooms. Management seemed absent, staff in kitchen each morning overwhelmed with customers, wait staff needs training - I.E. - identifying and welcome each customer, make sure there is proper utensils on each table before serving meals, refilling coffee when needed - seems they almost never do... Several other customers had similar complaint -. Having to change rooms the last night we were there. Steps. difficult to found parking, always full! our room was in second floor, and no elevator available small room slightly expensive. Never got wash cloths replaced, not enought towels. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about it. we are both in our 70s and found the stairs to our room very hard. Nothing. the variety of food options in Niagara Falls, NY. we didn't like the parking situation. breakfast was disorganized and lengthy, no garbage can in bathroom or bedroom. There were several house keeping issues that should be addressed. As far as cleanliness. Smell in the room. Lot of flies in the bathroom. Flush system in the bathroom was broken. The letsbookhotel.com charge was not reflected on the Bill and i was initally being charged at the full rate - i had to point this out and it was rectified. No places to shop. Your place is great but aarround the area is poor. We stayed two nights. There was only one coffee package with no sugar/cream. The second night was not cleaned. We had a dirty tub and dishes. Shampoo was not replaced. It was very disappointing for the cost. We expected better. We told the front desk. The breakfast service was extremely slow and the served food did not meet the description in the meny. The air condition could not be completely turned off which resulted in windy and noisy nights!. Not as it appeared in the website. No wifi in the room. Room smaller than expected. Not much happening in the immediate area except a casino which was horribly smoke filled.
