The hotel was clean, the employees were friendly, our room was very comfortable and on the 7th floor which overlooked the Falls. The hotel is a stone-throw away from the Falls. I liked waking up to a USA Today paper every morning. -

Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. Very honest. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill
(although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another
room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.

They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which
was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he
prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest
staff we met there from the first day til the day we left. I requested
for a room that had a view of the falls and without hesitations,

I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well
put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing.
The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care
of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it
settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I
will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

Only marginally more expensive than other Falls hotels for an
extraordinarily luxurious experience.
It's even got them there fancy robes y'all wear when's you git outta the showerin' closet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and
operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not
only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40
on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park

Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly
expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is
a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful.
That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably
clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good.
Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was super-close to the park, meaning we saved a ton on parking fees. Although there was a disclaimer about the WiFi, we had fast, consistent WiFi in our 2nd floor room the whole time. The price was right, too! -

The staff was wonderful and very helpful while traveling with a 3 year old. the room was a bit small, but clean and quiet. This is our third time staying at this location. The breakfast waffles are amazing. Beds are very comfortable and clean. We always ask to be on the lower level as this makes it much easier to off load all your shopping into your room. You have a fridge which is great. Papa Loui pizza is just down the road....amazing pizza and wings!

The staff were very polite, extremely helpful and quick with their service. The rooms were bright, very clean and looked modern. The sheets were clean and the bed with not too soft or too firm, just right. There was no damp, musty smell in the hallways that is present in some old hotels. Free breakfast was a plus for the large group I was with and

Great olympic size pool, perfect temp., full free breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, cereal , waffle maker, juices, yogurt, muffins, large dining room, a great coffee available all day long, food size weight room, good location to all kinds of shopping.
