  I've stayed at Vdara before and I really enjoyed this trip too. First off, we checked in earlier than normal check-in and we got upgraded to a Corner King Suite which was huge, spacious! There was a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, separate bathroom, washer and dryer facilities and a large master bathroom. The views were incredible.   My wife and I have found the Candlewood Suites a great chain. You will not be dissapointed with this Las Vegas Hotel. Ok it is not directly on the strip but its only 10 mins by foot which suited us. At night it was quite and it also has plenty of parking. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished.   I was extremely wary after reading the negative reviews for this hotel but the price was right and as a college student the price was really what it came down to. I was pleasantly surprised when our suite was clean and spacious. I would recommend taking air freshener because the scent of cleaning agents was strong.   I loved how all the staff was very welcoming to us as soon as we arrived, they were all nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room I stayed in was nice a big, not what I expected at all. It wasnt a strip view but I had a better view of the mountains over looking Vegas and the sunset was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.
