Nice, very clean room, spacious but could have been a bit larger (we had big suitcases and was tricky to find the right spot to open them). Nice furniture, in very good state. Staff at front desk were always pleasant and helpful.
Hotel was very clean and well kept.
Workout room was great, well equipped and everything worked. Personal TVs on equipment was nice.
The free parking was also nice.
No free parking in Baltimore!!

We stayed at the Platinum for a few days before going on a road trip and again 10 days later to rest before the long flight home. I found the hotel to be excellent value for money. It was very large and had more than what you would find in the average home as for luxuries. they leave nothing out. You will feel like your staying in a 5 star room. Fantastic value for money. When we first saw our room we had the WOW factor. We had to double check to make sure we had chosen within our budget. Location was great aswell.

I loved this place, Gina in reception was very friendly and helpfull made our stay very enjoyable. Felt very spoilt. The pool looked very nice didn't get time to go in it. Was right in the middle of everything. The rooms were very nice. Would def stay here again. -

The staff at this hotel was one of the best I've ever experienced.
Considering this is a 4-star and not a 5-star, my friends and I were

Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean and as described. Close enough to main part of the strip to walk every day. Restaurant inside casino next door (ellis-island) has good food at great price!! (Dinner for 2 for less than 30 bucks, steak 10oz and eggs 5.99$). We got a deal at about 800 for the room for 7 nights and it was well worth it. Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable!

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

Stay at this hotel was GREAT! Our flight arrive early around 10-11am we got to check in early (suite was avail). The suite we booked was nice and spacious,very clean with a nice view! Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.
