Extremely clean, rooms were very simple but comfortable. Could utilize the sister hotel across the street so ypu actually had 3 pools to choose from.Very pleased with our stay the staff were friendly and would go out of their way to accommodate us. All I can say is, what a beautiful place! So clean, and comfortable. All the appliances in the kitchen were new, the furniture, the bed, the linens, and best of all, the location. Not in the crowded area, but not dead either. Just Excellent.
όλα τα σχόλια » The room is very clean and modern. The staff is helpful and friendly. I checked in around 10.00 which is too early but she did manage to get me the room by 12.00. Only 2 blocks from the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and eateries. Would definitely go there again. did like the the the whole package the room, the location, the staff very pleasant to talk and very helpful. Having the place for yourself having a bbq and very clean. Great staff. Just a few minute walk to beach and main drag with restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and kitchenettes had everything you require. Clean rooms. Amanda? was extremely helpful - yet always busy. Blown light bulb fixed immediately Close to bars etc - yet far enough away. We really enjoyed the property. Clean, fresh, with a simple elegance. The room was very clean & had everything we needed. Lovely clean room and really lovely kitchen area. Felt very safe in this area. Close to beach and other amenities close by. Location close to beach. Staff helped move us to correct reservation room one day after we checked in. Location Size of rooms in suite Modern well equipped kitchen area Constant very hot water. rooms were great. I like that the staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing really. Just some petty things such as some hooks in the bathroom and towel bars. The internet is too slow. Wifi on 2nd floor is not working well. I have to come down to 1st floor. And the hotel is abit far from restaurants and shops. Pool didn't look inviting but beach is only two block away. WIFI connection was very poor. We would have like to swim past 10pm and the sugar ants were really terrible. Floors needed to be scrubbed. Much sticky black residue on floors when we were moved into room. Would like to have more sun on pool but do to hotel configuration we realized that wouldn't be possible. Had coffee bar on Saturday morning but staff decided not to set up on Sunday morning. Checked in late in evening and no staff readily a ail able so had to wait by pool for fifteen minutes until night staff made their way to facility.....was very accommodating and accommodating once there. There was no real check in. We arrived to a sign on the door that had a number to call. They did send someone over that checked us in, in what looked like was a storage closet with a personal laptop. Not very professional. Internet connection. Check in was across the street. Mini blinds in the bedroom let in too much light. Need room darkening drapes. Pool is a bit amall and doesn't get much sun but beach is close by. Bedside lamps do not operate easily. Difficult to switch on and off. No bath and basin plugs in the bathroom. Nothing. Bed is too close to the ground !!. very slow internet No curtains at windows only Venetian blinds which let light in. a little far from shops and bars. The hotel room smelled like mold and mildew. Check-in was a nightmare!!! Gave me a room with someone sleepingin the bed.
