This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress).

Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, -
Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never
hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to
us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for
parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big
and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great hospitality. The staff was very nice, accommodating, and family friendly. We were allowed to check in early, which was extremely helpful as it would have been difficult checking in late at night with tired children. everyone was friendly and the Hotel was clean and our room was great!
When we checked in and got up to our room there was bunk beds and my
girls were so excited that was unexpected but very nice. My family was
very comfortable and had a great stay and would stay there again. Bus
for Disneyland was at the hotel ...very convenient. Lets not forget the

Bed is very comfortable, not too firm not too soft. The kitchenware is not the cleanest but its still good if you rinse it before using it. The bathroom area is clean. Location wise, its close to disneyland, and irvine. The shower is my favourite part because the water is strong. -

Awesome location, cheapest place to stay so close to Disneyland. Stayed there on way to Texas and way back. They looked after my luggage in between to save me paying excess. Friendly staff, very helpful. Good basic room, cheap stay for the location. And did I mention the location? Stayed here with my wife in 2003/2004, came back and it's just as good.

The location was perfect for Disneyland. We parked when we arrived and
didn't use the car again until we left for home. There are plenty
of food options close and the pool is great as well. The hotel was
clean and the service was great. One of the elevators was down one day

The location walking distance from Disneyland and some excellent restaurants in Garden Walk was fantastic especially when combined with the relatively low cost of the room for the quality of the hotel! We loved all the facilities like the pool area, inexpensive breakfast buffet, gym, laundry, business centre were great. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable.

All the staff was always friendly and helpful. The price for our rooms
was great. The location was also great - next to Disneyland and other
places to visit. The kids loved the swimming pool and had so much fun
there. We liked the fact that there was a security guard always walking
around at night. Made you feel safe. We will definitely use this place

The staff. They were friendly and helpful. They gave us a room
suitable for us as my husband has mobility disabilities; the bath had
handle bars.
They were also flexible over a booking error that I had made and helped sort out the mistake swiftly and pleasantly.
Room was clean and the promised free wifi worked without problems.

I liked that it was really close to disneyland and there was a shopping center across the street with great restaurants.
Some rooms had a water filter which was great. Staff was helpful. They had coffee and tea with muffins and fruit for breakfast, don't expect eggs and toast. -

We stay here a lot because its easy on the budget, large rooms that
are relatively clean and provides all the amenities we need like
coffee maket, fridge, microwave, blow dryer and ice machine. Breakfast
makes it easy. -
Good WiFi, Excellent access to parking, Adequate complimentary breakfast service, Prompt response from Front Desk when called.
