Breakfast in mi casita, the pool area. Location to fast resturants on south harbor, the abc market on S. Harbor, quick walk to Disneyland. The discount ticket shop just off of S. Harbor and Disney Ln. Bubba Gump resturant just walking distance great food there. Dennys and ihop is close. If something is needed the desk service will get it for you quick. Awesome location, cheapest place to stay so close to Disneyland. Stayed there on way to Texas and way back. They looked after my luggage in between to save me paying excess. Friendly staff, very helpful. Good basic room, cheap stay for the location. And did I mention the location? Stayed here with my wife in 2003/2004, came back and it's just as good.
όλα τα σχόλια » Check in was prompt. The rooms are very big and clean. My 2 daughters and I loved the huge bathroom! Also a very short walk to Disneyland! The pool is wonderful - Olympic length for us lane swimmers! Supper was great in the dining room and the lounge has great cheap drinks!. The staff were friendly and courteous. Without any effort on my part they changed our room when our first room's carpet was damp from being shampooed. It was only a five minute walk to the entrance to Disneyland. They were able to cancel one of my nights without charging me a fee, our plans had changed. Very workable. Love the ability to park all day, even though we have checked out! Very convenient!. Room was made up & restocked daily, amazing to come back to a fresh bed every day. Hotel employees were energetic & extremely helpful, gave us great tips for dining experiences. Great location - easy walk to Disney. Staff very friendly and plenty of places to eat nearby. You can also leave your car for free in the car park up to midnight after your check out. We like the location we have stayed here in the past and are very happy with the place food is great .great breakfast will stay every time we come out unless we cant get in. I liked that the staff I came into contact with, were beyond helpful and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed. The facility was very neat and upkept. 5 minute easy walk to disney gates. $10 breakfast buffet per adult but free for kids was good value. friendly staff. v. comfortable beds in deluxe room. The hotel is very close to Disneyland, the room was very big. The coffee and Enigma products were good. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Very accommodating staff. Easy access to the park. The parking was so, so, but thats the only complaint if im stretching it. Nothing, it was all good. I would have like a balconey and some rooms had them but ours didn'T. I had forgotten to ask for one so it is not their fault!. Pillows and towels need to be replaced. We were put in room by noisy by chiller witch ran off and on all night will not take this room again but we will stay here again. I called a week and a half prior to my stay to confirm my reservation and ask a few questions that I had, and the lady that I spoke with was extremely rude. She seemed frustrated and upset when I asked her some questions I had in regards to my stay there. Could easily hear noise through walls. Decor and comfort of the room were not amazing. Bed was hard. The room had an odd stuffy odor. N/A. We only stayed one night and came in after disney closed so nothing. Maintenance cutting down tree branches at 8am and the beaches landing on the roof above our room waking us up. Called front desk and got no sympathy or appology from the front desk worker. rooms were a bit tired,need some tlc. Not enough power and strength of water when taking a shower. Towels weren't very soft, a little rough. having to pay for internet in the foyer. front desk person not at desk in the AM had to yell to get her attention. Air conditioner made a noise and I had requested a specific building and didn't get it. Fee for parking and wifi. You need to recalibrate the ice machine. It was always so full of ice you couldn't even put your bucket in without pulling a bunch of ice out onto the ground. The pictures of the rooms online were nothing like the room I stayed in, room was outdated, there was an odor in the room as if it was a smoking room at one time. Channels on tv not clear. Bed was very hard. Pool didn't open until 10 am. The first room we got was had been smoked in. It was so bad it was making us cough and affecting those of us with Asthma. The cleaning staff should have let management know. It was pretty obvious. Also, in our first room NONE of the items that required being plugged in, were plugged in. The HVAC is in desperate need of upgrading so you can stay cool without it sounding like a 747 is blowing through your room. the room facility and bathroom are basic. The bathroom was too small. not adequately stocked with toilet paper. the carpets were very stained. The water temp in the shower was either too cold or too hot. Bathroom door hard to open or close The telephone did not work, carpet was sticky. Room smelled of mildew/mold A/C unit near ground pulled dust into room Hard mattresses Lumpy pillows. They now charge for parking. They didn't use to if you were staying there. front desk staff/bar man just plain rude. air conditioning broken. food in buffet was cold I got food poisoning from sausage gravy luke warm was not hot to 160 degrees, no iron, no micro,. No wifi.
