  Service and staff were excellent.Early evening the restaurant was busy with families calling in after a visit to Peppa Pig Park but quietened down later..Dinner was very good ,with plenty of choice and freshly cooked .A good breakfast menu and unlimited coffee.   Not en-suite, but this was a result of letsbookhotel.com poor management of my booking, through double-booking my first choice, then not informing my first choice of what was happening, and then double-booking my follow-up preference.   The attitude of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The standard of the food in the bar restaurant was particularly high. Rooms are very well appointed and serviced immaculately. - Very friendly staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Service good and a lovely surprise of gifts left in our room.

  The welcome was warm and friendly, paid for room and breakfast on arrival so no delays & queing in the morning! The room and bedding were clean and spotless, also offered sheets instead of duvets on arrival due to hot weather! Staff helpful in directing to nearest supermarket.   Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place! Bedding really cosy. Very quiet. Breakfast is a buffet, lots if cho - I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath! Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.
