  Service and staff were excellent.Early evening the restaurant was busy with families calling in after a visit to Peppa Pig Park but quietened down later..Dinner was very good ,with plenty of choice and freshly cooked .A good breakfast menu and unlimited coffee. Our room,number 8,was clean and comfortable.There was a party in the function room ben... wat mensen zeggen » eath us but the disco ended at 11pm ,this may cause a problem for families . - Lovely staff, great food, clean and comfy rooms, whole place cosy and traditional. Really liked it. Lots of parking, very central and close to main roads. Right next to paultons park if you are going there this could not be more ideal. I found the hotel quiet at night and just liked everything

  Not en-suite, but this was a result of letsbookhotel.com poor management of my booking, through double-booking my first choice, then not informing my first choice of what was happening, and then double-booking my follow-up preference.   Avondmaal - The attitude of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The standard of the food in the bar restaurant was particularly high. Rooms are very well appointed and serviced immaculately. - Very friendly staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Service good and a lovely surprise of gifts left in our room.

  The welcome was warm and friendly, paid for room and breakfast on arrival so no delays & queing in the morning! The room and bedding were clean and spotless, also offered sheets instead of duvets on arrival due to hot weather! Staff helpful in directing to nearest supermarket. Staff in the restaurant were very quick in taking order for breakfast and explaining how it all worked! - Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful when we all arrived,during our stay and when we left!! Rooms were very comfortable and catered for all our needs,including a 4 year old boy. Love the fact that there was a large garden with a play area for children and safe and enclosed. The restaurant next door was also brilliant. We had planned to eat out during our stay but after eating there the first night,we ended up dining there for breakfast and dinner for 4 days.   Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place! Very welcoming, carried my bag in and up to the room 'cafe au lait' in the main farm house.... wat mensen zeggen » Delightful room, bathroom hidden behind wardrobe doors. Spacious, new and clean. Bedding really cosy. Very quiet. Breakfast is a buffet, lots if cho - I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath! Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.
