The atmosphere was formal yet relaxed, the staff were professional and prompt. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable! - Only slept, showered and left so difficult to comment, however one ofthe cups in our bedroom was dirty, left from previous occupantpresumably.

Bed was comfortable and we had a quiet area to stay in. Very nice modern pool with hot tub and sauna & steam room and family changing rooms. Modern hotel throughout. There are shops and Farnborough centre nearby (walking distance away) which is handy. -

The traqnquility of the surroundings, dedicated commitment of the staff(not in your face but available to carry out every request made) and theluxury of the restaurant. - The club was lovely, we used the pool as much as we could. The grounds were great and enjoyed a long walk. The perfect place to relax and enjoy my partners Birthday.

Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits! We will definately be back and were eventalking about making a trip later in the year! - The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the food was great and theroom service

The meal we had was fantastic! The meatiest, largest lamb shank with delicious gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, carrots and peas. Apple & rhubarb crumble with lashings of custard. MMMMMMMM!

within 5 minutes walk. Guildhall is 10 -15 minutes walk away. Also have

ideal for a night or two can't fault.

staff were friendly and helpful,the food in the restaurant was excellent,i had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel will definately stay there again - I will gladly recomend this hotel to my family and friends due to the courteous treatment we received during our short stay

our stay started with what might be in other case a trouble - the room we wanted to stay was double booked,and as we wanted maximum comfort we were bit disappointed. But we were given a lovely room for one night,smaller but cheaper and free drinks, and next day we were transmitted to the room we wanted, and given nice discount. Both rooms were nic

The friendly staff created a relaxed atmosphere straight away at check in.
The room was clean, sunny with a great view of the garden and New Forest beyond.
All staff had a great rapport with each other and the guests.
The Hotet was preparing for a Wedding the following day and it was great fun to watch the preparations.

Friendly staff, super meals, comfortable beds and lovely old building, yes it was slightly tired, worn carpets ect.., but if I wanted modern and new I would have booked another hotel. Very firendly reception desk, made a fuss over our dog and were keen to ensure our stay was perfect. Did not get told where the bar or dinning area were which would have been useful. Rooms extremely clean and confortable, no problem with parking which was great. - The staff were very friendly and the hotel room was lovely with views of the sea.I

I found the staff extremely helpful, efficient and always around when needed. The hotel location is really good, close to the railway station and close to the shops.
