From the moment of arrival, the welcome was amazing, they bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable, well fed, and relaxed. Great staff, great feel, has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and due to business, I stay in a lot of hotels! They really did have the personal touch! Was a bit wary given the bad reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Lovely old castle with modern facilities, friendly staff, peaceful location with large grounds, huge beds, superb breakfast, and the gym and pool facilities were top class. Great value for money. - Attended a birthday party at a function suite close to Ardo House

a big old Scottish hotel, which has been very well modernised. Delightful reception staff, comfortable room and bathroom with large bath and shower. Excellent location - train station, Aldi and Asda all within 5 minutes. Never got to sample trhe 102 malt whiskies in the bar unfortunately!

arrived shortly after 2pm on the Friday, swiftly checked in by the friendly receptionist, we payed on arrival and were quickly given our key cards told of all the facilities within the hotel. The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in
a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair
to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were
very polite.

While we were in the modern section of the hotel our room was generous, furnished to a high standard and had a splendid river view. We had possibly the nicest haddock and chips ever cooked (no, really) and a lovely evening by the river watching the sunset. This is our second stay at the hotel. You get a warm welcome as you arrive and this carries on through all the staff. You are treated like a guest instead of just another number. Everything was excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating, room immaculate, bed comfortable, bathroom immaculate - lovely big bath - plenty of hot water. It's easy to get to when entering Aberdeen, we were upgraded to a newlyrefurbished executive room for free. We saved over £120 a night bybooking on the website! - the room was very spacious and the price was fantastic. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful
