Surprisingly large room. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Beefeater restaurant had excellent quality food, good choices and excellent service. Overall good value. The bathroom was impeccably clean and the whole building looked well cared for. The countryside location would be very attractive in Spring and summer. Plenty of parking. -

Friendly staff. Child friendly - We have a one year old and were made to feel very welcome. The room was comfortable. Terraced garden was very pretty. Excellent value for money. Within walking distance of local pubs. - Very comfortable room with a nice shower. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast

Clean, comfortable accommodation; good selection of cider, beer and wine; fantastic selection of food on the restaurant menu (the pies are amazing!); innovative breakfast menu. -
Everything was wonderful from the staff to the food nothing was too much trouble. I would stay longer next time.

It was the ideal location as I was attending my friend's wedding at Thornbury Golf club, just down the road. It was also a very big room.
The pub was lovely too, we only had breakfast there but the building itself was lovely and the service was good. -
Large, clean comfortable room with good en suite facilities.

It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.

The hotel building is beautiful outside and just a short walk from the River Thames at the back. The rooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. Lechlade is a very attractive Cotswold village, with lovely houses and church.

Although we only stayed overnight we found the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were very polite and helpful.The rooms we had were spotlessly clean and very comfortable.The bed was fantastic and had a great nights sleep!!!! -

Well firstly i would like to say the barn is absolutely stunning, good old fashioned english craftmanship is always a winner with us. A wonderful experience also I requested a bottle of wine to be taken to the room before our arrival and what a nice bottle of w - claudiu was very helpful and came to the rescue at 23:00 after i left the key-card in the bedroom. breakfast was good value and tasty. all the staff were cheerful and helpful. i will definitely return if i visit the area again.

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Allowed us to leave car in secure parking whilst we travelled away for 48 hrs.
Room was clean and bathroom hygiene excellent.

The bed was amazing! And the staff were very helpful from start to finish - especially liked the new lass who was a trainee and had only been there a week! Sorry didn't get her name but her customer service was brill. But the same goes for the other front of house staff too :)
The shower was spacious and powerful.
The biggest bonus, as we were there on business and had early starts, was that the rooms are pretty much soundproof! Well done :)

For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean,warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels on the vicinity. -
