  I found the hotel clean and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Good food at the whittle Inn. I will stay at the Hotel again in the future. - Clean tidy, good breakfast with all you can eat and plenty of choice. Close to many shops including Tesco extra and subway. Very close to Motorway.

  It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.   Well firstly i would like to say the barn is absolutely stunning, good old fashioned english craftmanship is always a winner with us. Very clean and the rooms are very nicely presented, we had a great nite! Secondly what a nice group of staff. We were welcomed in and made to feel comfortable, shown to our room and asked what time we would like bre... wat mensen zeggen » akfast in the morning. A wonderful experience also I requested a bottle of wine to be taken to the room before our arrival and what a nice bottle of w - claudiu was very helpful and came to the rescue at 23:00 after i left the key-card in the bedroom. breakfast was good value and tasty. all the staff were cheerful and helpful. i will definitely return if i visit the area again.

  A very Helpful and friendly place.The room was clean;though there were some cobwebs i noticed.But over all very comfortable with a hot powerful shower.The food was good and fast.And there was one very friendly bar man in his early 20's with a name beginning with L?Give him a mention if you contact them.I was staying there for a funeral;and i found... wat mensen zeggen » him very sensitive and pleasant.Even commented on my bright tie I was wearing for the day.Sounds silly I know!!!But he just put a smile on my face on - Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Allowed us to leave car in secure parking whilst we travelled away for 48 hrs. Room was clean and bathroom hygiene excellent.

  Ibis hotel.. Everything.. I saw the reviews about this hotel.. And they are not too good.. But I tried it because my girlfriend lives 5 min away.. This hotel is excellent.. First they put me in the first room and it was too near the lobby so I called I within 5 minutes I was in another room. The breakfast is good, basic cereal, toast, croissant, c... wat mensen zeggen » offee. The rooms are very modern and the shower its very modern as well. I was hungry the first night so I ordered pizza and they just called my room - The bed was amazing! And the staff were very helpful from start to finish - especially liked the new lass who was a trainee and had only been there a week! Sorry didn't get her name but her customer service was brill. But the same goes for the other front of house staff too :) The shower was spacious and powerful. The biggest bonus, as we were there on business and had early starts, was that the rooms are pretty much soundproof! Well done :)

  For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean,warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect.
