The room was great we had a Deluxe Twin and it was a big room with a large bathroom and a rolled top bath. The location on North street means it's just a short walk to the beach and the Old course
and to the town as well. The staff where very helpful and the breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and not to costly .We will stay again in this hotel the next time we are in St Andrews

It was a very nice stay, beautiful house, very nice room, quiet suroundings. Lovely hosts, Una and Hamish were very helpful and extremly pleasant (I know, lots of adjectives here, but this is how we felt), we've got a lot of useful information about the places we went to visit. Excellent breakfast (I particularly loved the scrambled eggs with salmon). We would definetly like to come back.

Evelyn the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable, somewhere you could relax after a long day sightseeing. The garden was furnished with seats for the guests and there was also a guest lounge. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and Evelyn was happy to provide more should you require it. I would certainly visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.

For my purposes, hotel was convenient for my business trip. It is a beautiful building in a very nice setting. Food was excellent and good value. Cost for b&b represented a very good discounted price. My room was a suite, which added to the experience. -

That the staff were able to keep our bags whilst our room was getting prepared as we arrived early before check in. This allowed us to arrive at the hotel at evening after our wedding knowing our belongings were safe in our room without the need for us to collect. Excellent location for our trip. Quiet room with very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful and made it clear that nothing was too much trouble and to contact reception about any concerns. Very good value for money.

We were met on arrival by James who was an exceptionally nice young man. He made our short stay run very smoothly.The room was very clean and well set out and cleaned each morning. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the room I booked had excellent views across the bay. The staff where extremely helpful at tall times and the food was also excellent. I wiould return again. - The hotel staff were very attentive but not intrusive; the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the food was fresh and cooked to order.
