The Hotel is great, the staffs are really friendly and keen to help all costumer service is fantastic and the rate is cheap. I do recommend this hotel. - site seeing. relaxation. Excellent service Relaxed atmoshere. Staff very helpful James was great.

Loved the huge bathroom. Toiletries were replenished each day. Breakfastdining room was lovely, with a good selection of food. King-size bed,and room overlooking the outdoor pool . The rooms were fab, perfect, staff all very friendly, Malcolm was brilliant, doggy receptionist was cute! :-) Food was fab, place amazing, relaxing, enjoyable, peaceful, restful and I would def come again in 2014!!! Cant wait to try pool in the summer! thank you! ;-) -

The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

Everything about this hotel was faultless. The staff went out off their way to make our stay enjoyable.Food excellent, all the staff made us laugh. We took our dog & she was very welcomed. We were able to take her into the bar & restaurant. The staff are all very good & so was the food. There was a lot of it! It was really good value for money a little dated, but I think that's what keeps the price down 10 out of 10!

Great hotel in a fantastic bay location. We had a lovely sea view room which had a shared balcony overlooking the beach.

A great spot for basing yourself if you want to explore the jersey coastline, the staff were fantastic and really made us feel at home, many locals use the public bar and they are a great bunch, up for a laugh and generally quite tame. The food was excellent, we were trapped there by blizzards for three extra days while the airport was closed and the hotel made every effort to lessen the impact by allowing us free use of their laundry facilities etc. And it has the best duke box in the bar ever
