Staff at reception efficient and friendly, waiting staff ditto. Food we had excellent (wedding breakfast) and the vegetarian dish I had absolutely delicious! -

Room was very quiet being on the side away from the A5, which to be fair was reasonably quiet at the weekend. The new booking-in system seemed to work well until the entry of credit card details when you needed to switch to a smaller somewhat hidden screen. -

Staff great : old fashioned hospitality and humour. A return to the UK of old; a 'local pub' with a welcome for folks from away.

We should recommend them, their staff, their kitchen and their facility to anyone -
Both comfortable and cosy, rooms were clean, modern and toasty warm, necessary as it was a very cold weekend. All needs catered for. Breakfast very good. A bit out of the way but my family lived in the next village with no suitable accommodation so this fit the bill perfectly. Will definitely stay again.

It was everything I have come to expect from Holiday Inns. Having use of the room until midday on departure day was an unexpected bonus. Evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. - the room was of a large size and very comftable. in a relaxing enviroment and east to locate.

Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc.

greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

I booked rooms for family (didn't actually stay myself) and was told that it was an excellent hotel. It's brand new so you would expect it to be immaculate but I hear it exceeded expectations. No complaints at all. Showers were fantastic and everything in the rooms brilliant. The breakfast also got rave reviews! Well done Premier Inn. -

I took my girlfriend away for the weekend, and we had an amazing time. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the facilities are very modern and clean. The grounds are well kept and I proposed to my girlfriend in the rock garden, which looks like something straight out of a fantasy film. I would absolutely recommend this hote

Wonderful historic building and rooms. Lovely setting. Wernher restaurant is quite exceptional. Golf course massive. Clay pigeon shooting top. Highly recommended as a historic and luxurious weekend.
However I think you need to be in the main building - you wouldn't want to be in the modern block - no matter how sympathetically designed. That would eliminate the whole point of the experience.

I loved the entrance reception area and the bar area and eating area with the large screen tv. The ability to eat 24/7 with the light snack menu meant we didn't need to eat a full meal - could go out shopping for the day and return, relax and enjoy a snack in the bar with a drink. The railway close to the hotel was very useful for visiting London

I went to this hotel for one night. The hotel is close to train station Luton Parkway, just behind it. Cleanness is perfect, my room was with sofa, spacious, with high speed internet connection. Exactly in front of the hotel is a bus stop for shuttle bus to get to Luton airport, the ticket costs 1,50. The bus goes every 10-15 minutes. I think this hotel is very suitable for travellers going to or from the airport. Might be for business, probably not for long stay, because it is too far from the

We attended a wedding at this hotel and the staff were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, plenty to chose from.There is only one negative I have about our stay and that was that our mattress was very hard, but they assured me this was being resolved very soon. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed during snow disruption (w/e 6 Feb) Staff and Manager excelled in their care for all guests. Food was very good too, even though they hadnt had a delivery of fresh stock for days!
