The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

Everything was great. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Bar drinks were very pricey though!! We stay here quite often as the hotel is always lovely and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Having use of the leisure facilities that are attached to the hotel is the main attraction for us though as we always come away feeling totally relaxed. - The leisure centre is excellent, the facilities some of the cleanes

The Location is perfect just around the corner from the bottom of
Hockley, the apartment was beautiful, lots of lovely designer details

We arrived early and the staff were really helpful and actually let us in an hour early, it was so close to all of the Shopping Nottingham has to offer, the apartment was really clean, beds were really comfy, excellent place to stay for Nottingham Arena being only a 3 minute walk away, which is initially why we chose it, but would definitely stay there again.... Can't say enough good things about the service.... Thank you!!!

Liked the fact that because there were no external "views" of Nottingham there was a simulation of an internal street (Plaza?) to sit out in and eat breakfast. Very pleasant. I like that the staff contacted me ahead of time days before I arrived to ensure my stay and address any matters. They were able to provide any taxi services needed. I came from Manchester and stayed in Nottingham Premier Apartments because I was taking my children to see Chris Brown in FM Trent Arena. To my surprise it was right next to it. Me and the kids completely loved our stay, staff, convenience, comfortableness, cleanliness and that I could cook my own food and not have to keep travelling out to eat.

Fantastic place if you're attending a conference or any academic event. Located in the University of Nottingham, Park campus. Surrounded by beautiful gardens to take long walks, and very close to the buildings of the University. If you want to get to this hotel from the Broadmarsh Bus Station, take route i4 on bay 4 and get off at the Wollaton Gates bus stop. Good location, just a short walk into the city where we found a great choice of pubs for food and drink. The hotel was very comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel and breakfast was very good.We even got to gate crash the Christmas party that was on on the Friday night and was made to feel quite welcome. Would stay here again.
